Beta-testing a pro shoot scheduling tool.. I built this because I got tired of dealing with spreadsheets, and other options never seemed to meet my needs.

The core core concept is to remove friction from all aspects of prep and shooting by leveraging AI to:
• Drag and drop storyboard documents to import frames and copy/text
• Drag and drop headshots and talent facebooks to import cast metadata
• Auto assign frames to imported cast
•˜AI driven schedule validation based on drag and drop fragmentary data as it arrives during prep schedule against potential conflicts.
• AI-driven printing that intelligently parses rows for page breaks

Also:
• Easy drag and drop reordering of events
• A schedule broadcast system that publishes to dynamic urls that update (never print again)
• A privileged URL that allows for basic schedule manipulation on the fly with a tablet or phone (AD only)
• A dash that provides time-based alerts
• A tachometer that provides visual progress on the day
• Complex scheduling dependancies where simultaneous events (aka setting up the shot vs glam) converge on a single point in time (shooting call) even though they are partly asynchronous.
