Scheduler

Beta-testing a browser-based scheduling tool for commercial shoots. I built this because I got tired of dealing with spreadsheets, and other options never seemed to meet my needs.

The core feature is sub-schedules that maintain their own timing while staying anchored to master events. Need to insert a B-unit schedule or a makeup call? Drop it in anywhere, anchor it to an event (like "Scene 1 Start" with a -90 minute offset), and it automatically adjusts when you move things around.

Customize columns for whatever you're tracking—talent, props, wardrobe, SFX. Multi-select lets you batch-edit times or reorganize blocks quickly. Format however you want with colors and custom layouts. Drag and drop images into media columns for boards, cast IDs or swipe. Tag talent in scenes for easy tracking.

The Header Designer pulls production metadata (title, names, dates, and call times) directly into your document headers so you're not retyping the same info constantly.

Export PDFs, sync across devices with cloud storage, or work offline with local files. Built by a 1st AD for other production pros and anyone else managing multi-day shoots and events.
